U.B. Funkeys is a set of collectible vinyl figures which connect to the computer via USB Hub. For the connection you just need Funkeys Start Kit which consist of a USB hub and some funkeys characters depending on Kit type. After connecting to the computer, cute toys also become a game. You can play it offline but the main coolness is that you now have an access to the online virtual world - FunkeyWorld. After buying a Starter Kit, future players just need to visit www.ubfunkeys.com and start playing.

Gameplay of the world is very simple. You need to win coins in different games and decorate your house, called crib. To have access to many games you need different characters that’s why they are collectible toys. At the moment of release there was:

• 14 “species” or “tribes” of Funkeys with the following names: Xener, Bones, Vroom, Deuce, Sprout, Stitch, Glub, Fallout, Wasabi, Lotus, Scratch, Twinx, Tiki and Boggle. Each of these tribes is also divided into three categories: Normal, Rare, and Very Rare. In total 42 collectible pieces.
• 4 zones - Funkeys Town, Laputa Station, Kelpy Basin and Magma Gorge
• 16 customized games
• 30 stores
• More than 1000 items that could be purchased to customize and decorate player’s Crib
