MapleStory is a free, 2D, side-scrolling MMO game, developed by South Korea company Wizet. It’s also fascinating virtual world where you can have a character and grow it. As usual for mmpogs there are different classes like warrior, magician, thief and bowman.

There are three main continents (Maple Island, Victoria Island, and Ossyria) common to all versions in the MapleStory world. But other parts of the world could be different for different versions.

The graphic of the game is pretty simple but it catches around 50 million subscribers around the world. Of course, high accessibility of the game helped here a lot. There is a gentle learning curve, easy to understood systems for skills and very low hardware requirements. As usual for popular online games, in-game currency, Nexon Cash, can be purchased via PayPal. Although, in 2008 the graphic is really important, probably little ones of us will like the game.
